What the authority will and won’t accept

At least two words in each name.
No name that sounds like a government body.
No same name as passport but abbreviation like — “A. B. Consulting”.
The first available name is the one registered, which is why the order matters.

Documents

Clear photos or scans — JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 5 MB each. You can add several files to each box.

Why photographs get rejectedOff-white or grey backgrounds, shadows behind the head, a cropped chin or hairline, and phone photos taken against a wall are the four most common causes. Upload it anyway if you’re unsure — we check every file by hand and will ask for a replacement rather than submit one that fails.
