How long does processing take?
Standard processing is estimated at 3–5 working days once your complete file is ready. Express processing is estimated at 24–48 hours. These are service estimates; immigration may need more time or documents. Please contact us before making urgent travel plans.
What is included in the price?
The final total is shown at checkout and includes 5% VAT. Express processing and visitor medical insurance are optional and shown separately before checkout. Final fees are confirmed for each traveller’s nationality.
Can I apply for my family together?
Yes. You can add up to eight travellers under one application and payment. Every traveller needs their own passport details, passport copy and photograph. Immigration issues and decides on visas for each person separately.
Do I need a tourist visa for my nationality?
This depends on your passport and sometimes your residence status or existing visas. Some travellers qualify for visa-free entry or a visa on arrival. Our team can help check your route before you pay for a tourist visa service.
Is visa approval guaranteed?
No. Approval and entry are decided by UAE immigration. Trivup is a private document-clearing service and cannot guarantee or influence the decision. Read the applicable terms and refund policy before payment.
How will I receive my visa?
Once issued, your visa PDF is emailed to the contact address on your application. Check its details against your passport and keep a copy with your travel documents.
