      Questions people ask first

Your consultant answers the rest on the first call.

Do I need to be in the UAE to set up a company?

Many steps can start before you arrive. Some steps — such as the medical test and biometrics for a residence visa — need you in the UAE. Your consultant tells you exactly when.

Can I own 100% of my company?

For many activities, yes, on the Mainland and in free zones. Some regulated activities have extra conditions, which we check before you apply.

      How much does it cost?

It depends on the jurisdiction, the activities, the office and the number of visas. That’s why we send a written quote for your plan rather than a price that may not apply to you.

      What documents do I need?

A passport copy and photo for each shareholder, proposed trade names and a short description of the activity. The planner above lists what applies to your choices.
