What we do, what we do not promise, and what you agree to.
For business setup, freelance license & permit, and work permit and residency applications handled by Trivup.

Your own agreement comes first. This page describes how we work. The terms that bind us to you are the full Terms and Conditions shown inside the application form for your service, which you read and accept before you send it. That acceptance is recorded with its version number and a fingerprint of the exact wording you saw, and a copy is emailed to you. Where this page and your agreement differ, your agreement is the one that counts, together with the quotation or invoice for your package.

1. Who we are
Trivup Documents Clearing Services LLC, trade licence 1242868, at Aspin Commercial Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. “We”, “us” and “Trivup” mean that company. “You” means the person or company we are acting for.
You can reach us on support@trivup.com, on WhatsApp or by telephone at +971 56 800 8064, or through our contact page.
2. What we do
We are a private business management and document clearing agency. We prepare and submit applications on your instructions, using the information and documents you give us, and we follow them up with the relevant authority or partner. Depending on what you have asked for, that may include business setup and company formation, a freelance license or permit, establishment and immigration registration, entry permits and status change, medical and Emirates ID appointments, and residence visa processing.
For work permit and residency applications, the employer and sponsor is a MOHRE-licensed recruitment agency. Trivup is that agency’s partner and handles the application work; we do not employ or sponsor you ourselves.
What is included in your case is whatever your quotation says. Anything not in the quotation is not included.
3. What we are not
Trivup is not a government department, is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of any UAE government authority, MOHRE, GDRFA or ICP, and has no authority to approve, refuse or expedite any application. Every official visa, permit and licence we help with can be applied for directly through the official UAE government portals without paying our agency service fee. You are free to do that at any time.
Our administrative assistance is not legal, tax, accounting or immigration legal advice. Where you need advice of that kind, take it from an independent professional.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Messages, calls and figures discussed before a quotation is issued are an enquiry, not an agreement. Your package, its price and what it includes are set out in the quotation or invoice we send you in writing. A quotation, invoice or service order may carry additional terms for that package; if anything conflicts, we will clarify in writing which applies.
5. Fees and payment
The total service fee payable is stated in your quotation or invoice. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the initial application fee or agreed advance is paid before processing begins, any balance is paid on the agreed schedule, and we may pause processing while a payment is overdue.
Government fees and third-party charges are payable by you where they sit outside your package or arise outside the agreed scope. Pay only through the official payment channels we give you. If a payment request reaches you from anywhere else, check with us first on the number above before sending anything.
6. Approval is not guaranteed
We provide professional administrative assistance and reasonable follow-up. We do not guarantee initial approval, licence or permit issuance, visa issuance or renewal, security clearance, medical fitness, Emirates ID issuance, bank account approval, approval of any particular business activity, or a specific processing time. Every approval is the decision of the relevant authority, and submitting an application or paying for one does not make approval certain.
7. How long it takes
Any timeline we give you is an estimate based on normal processing conditions. It can move with authority processing times, security or immigration approvals, medical results, missing or late documents, public holidays, system interruptions, extra document requests, changes in government procedure, and other things outside our reasonable control. We follow up, but we cannot promise a date.
8. What we need from you
You agree to give us complete, accurate, genuine and lawfully obtained information and documents, including a valid passport and the supporting papers required; to tell us about any existing UAE visa, immigration, employment or legal status that could affect the application; to attend appointments when they are booked; to answer our requests promptly; to pay the agreed fees; and to tell us if your contact details, passport or status change.
Once a licence or permit is issued, you must trade only within the activities approved on it, follow UAE law and the applicable regulations, and obtain any further approvals or professional certifications your actual work needs. Not doing these things can cause delay, extra charges, rejection or cancellation.
9. Refunds, cancellation and transfer
Refunds are governed by your quotation, your invoice and the agreement you accepted. In outline: if an initial approval is rejected, two things are deducted — whatever the authority and our suppliers do not give back (government, free zone, third-party and bank charges already incurred, supported by payment records), and AED 1,000 as our application processing, administrative and documentation fee. The remaining balance of the initial application amount is refunded, subject to the exclusions in your agreement. Once work has begun, amounts for completed services, government fees, third-party charges and other non-refundable costs already incurred may not come back.
If you ask to cancel your package or transfer a licence or permit to another free zone, sponsor or provider, including a request for a No Objection Certificate, we charge a service fee for handling it, on top of the government, free zone and third-party fees that apply. That fee is not fixed in advance: we set it at the time according to the work involved at that stage and tell you the amount before we act on the request.
The full position, and how to ask for a refund, is on the refund and cancellation policy page.
10. Renewals and recurring costs
Keeping a licence, permit and residency in place involves separate charges that recur. Renewal is not automatic: it is subject to the requirements and fees applying at the time, and you are responsible for renewing on time. We may remind you of an expiry date where that service is available, but a reminder does not move that responsibility. Missing a renewal can lead to fines, penalties, cancellation or loss of status imposed by the authorities.
For the freelance license & permit, the agreement gives an indicative annual free zone renewal fee of AED 4,888. That figure covers the licence & permit renewal component only. It is not a guaranteed all-inclusive renewal price, and depending on your package there may also be establishment card renewal, e-channel or immigration renewal, residence visa renewal, Emirates ID, medical examination, health insurance, government service fees, delivery and other charges. You will get a renewal quotation identifying the licence & permit fee separately from everything else, and nothing is renewed until you approve it.
11. Banks and other third parties
A licence or permit does not guarantee approval for a bank account, payment gateway, corporate contract, loan, insurance product or any other third-party service. Those are decided by the provider under its own policies and compliance rules. We help with them only where your quotation says so.
12. Your documents and personal data
We collect, process, store and share your documents and information with the relevant authorities, service providers and authorised processing partners for the purpose of delivering the services you asked for and meeting legal requirements. We take reasonable measures to protect that information and do not knowingly disclose it for unrelated purposes without your authorisation, except where the law or an authorised authority requires it.
Uploaded files are deleted from our storage 14 days after they are uploaded; what stays is the application record and your acceptance of the terms. See the privacy policy for the detail.
13. Liability
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for delays, rejection, refusal, cancellation, penalties or losses arising from an authority’s decision, from information or documents that turn out to be inaccurate or incomplete, from documents not being provided, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Complaints, law and jurisdiction
If something has gone wrong, tell us first in writing so we can look at it and put it right — the complaints procedure sets out how, and what happens next. If a dispute cannot be settled between us, it is subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent UAE courts have jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update this page as our services change. The version that applies to your application is the one you accepted when you sent it, which is recorded with its version number and emailed to you; a change here does not alter an agreement already made. Any change to your own agreement or package is confirmed in writing by both sides.
