1. Private company disclosure

Trivup Documents Clearing Services LLC (“Trivup”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a privately owned commercial business management and document-clearing agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Nature of our services

Trivup provides private, paid assistance with administrative and application-related processes, including:

• UAE business setup assistance
• Company formation assistance
• Mainland and free-zone setup guidance
• Freelance licence and permit assistance
• Residency and visa application assistance
• Work permit and related administrative assistance
• Document preparation and checking
• Application submission and follow-up support

Our service is an optional private assistance service. Customers may, where available and eligible, apply directly through the relevant UAE government authority or official government channel without using Trivup.

The official UAE Government platform provides information about business establishment, licensing and visa processes, including links to relevant government authorities.

3. Government decisions

Trivup does not issue government licences, permits, visas, Emirates IDs, work permits, immigration approvals, or other official government documents.

Any licence, permit, visa, immigration status, work authorization, or other official government approval is issued solely by the relevant UAE government authority.

Submitting an application through Trivup does not guarantee approval.

Government authorities independently determine:

• Required documents
• Fees
• Processing times
• Approvals
• Refusals
• Cancellations
• Visa or permit issuance
• Licence issuance

Trivup cannot guarantee that an application will be approved or that a government authority will issue a document within a particular period.

4. Government fees and Trivup service fees

Where applicable, customers may be required to pay official government or authority fees in addition to Trivup’s private service fees.

Any fee charged by Trivup for consultation, document checking, application preparation, submission, administrative assistance, or follow-up is a commercial service fee payable to Trivup and is not itself a UAE government fee.

Where government services are available directly, customers may choose to use the relevant official government channel.

5. Official government channels

Customers should independently verify government requirements, fees and application procedures through official UAE government sources.

For UAE visas and entry permits, official channels include the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA).

For business establishment and licensing information, customers may also consult the official UAE Government portal and the relevant emirate’s licensing authority.

6. No government affiliation

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as stating or implying that Trivup is:

• A UAE government entity
• A government department
• An immigration authority
• An embassy or consulate
• An official government portal
• A government-owned company
• An exclusive government representative
• An entity that guarantees government approval

The use of government authority names, terminology or references on this website is solely for the purpose of accurately identifying the government process or authority relevant to the service being discussed.

7. No guarantee

Information on this website is provided for general informational and service-assistance purposes.

Government rules, eligibility requirements, fees, processing procedures and documentation requirements may change.

Trivup does not guarantee:

• Government approval
• Visa issuance
• Work permit issuance
• Business licence issuance
• Residency approval
• A particular processing time
• A particular government decision

The final decision always rests with the relevant government authority.

8. Independent choice

Customers are free to apply directly through the applicable UAE government authority where direct application is available.

Using Trivup is optional and does not prevent a customer from contacting or applying through the relevant government authority.

9. Advertising and search disclosure

Trivup may advertise its private assistance services through online advertising platforms.

Any advertisement for Trivup represents the services of Trivup Documents Clearing Services LLC and should not be interpreted as an advertisement placed by or on behalf of the UAE Government unless expressly stated and legally applicable.

Where required by an advertising platform, additional disclosures such as “Not a government website” may be displayed.
